If your project is not completed within the deadline period, due to the fault of our Agent/Candidate, you will receive a full refund. If your project is not completed within the deadline period, and the fault lies with you (inaccurate information, faulty tools, insufficient details provided in order to accomplish the project, you will not be refunded, however you must grant an extension to allow the Agent/Talent to complete the project.
