We encourage our staff to come up with ideas, on how to build relationships among us though we may be oceans apart. Establishing virtual and on-site social groups addresses this area of opportunity.
The essential aim of creating these social groups, is for them to become a gateway for sharing knowledge, best practices, and experiences, as well as educating employees with the conceptualization that we're all work and no play.

Working hard is something that we expect from all our employees, but that is not all that we expect.
When our staff members do well, it not only reflects on them as individuals, but it also identifies with their manager, their leader, their employer and ultimately, the job itself. 758 Elite Virtual Call Center will reward any staff member who not just does his/her job to meet that 90% satisfactory grade, but any staff member who exceeds this satisfactory grade.
What's in store for our hard workers and over achievers?
