Brief Job Summary:

The Agency’s client (“your employer”) is an international client, who works with E-commerce platforms. SLUDTERA is looking for capable potential BEA's from around the English speaking Caribbean for a project starting in the next few weeks.

EC$2 per hour increase after 3 months if candidate receives a satisfactory performance review from client

3 hours a day

  • More than 6 months. Your tenure on the job heavily depends on how well you perform your duties.

Duties may include some or all of the following:

  • Customer Service - answer questions in real-time for customers almost ready to pull the trigger on a purchase, tactfully handle dissatisfied customers, deal with shipments that are lost. Guide customers through the sales process while they’re still on the e-commerce website.

  • Order Processing - compile the orders, send customer invoices to your drop-ship vendors and/or shipping companies, and other daily tasks.

  • Returns/Exchanges - communicate directly via email with customers and suppliers to set up product returns, exchanges and refunds.

  • Manage Inventory - monitor stock levels, update the website to reflect the stock that suppliers have on-hand and in their warehouses, and let client know when he/she needs to replenish certain products.

  • Order Products - work with suppliers, send invoices to accounts payable and handle getting stock into the client's warehouse or anywhere else it needs to be.

  • Website Maintenance - update web pages if any changes are made to listed prices/services/products, add or subtract products. Check for broken links. Format images to be sure they are of the highest quality. Update copyright date to ensure it’s current. Add the latest news about the client's business, if this section exists. 

 

Other Details:

  • You will need a compatible headset (headphones/earphones are not allowed). 

  • You will need a laptop or desktop computer with a good internet connection.

  • Please read the Agency SOW for system requirements

 

Requirements:

  • Must have a good speaking voice with a great command of the English language.

  • Ability to speak with an American accent would be an asset, but not a must.

  • Previous call center experience would be an asset

  • Previous experience in phone Customer Service would be an asset

  • Must be proactive and enthusiastic on the phone should you need to speak with customers, Agency Director, or Employer.
