Basic Online Job Description

Home Office Requirements

· Desktop or Laptop (Apple/Mac, Tablets, Winbooks, Smart devices, Windows Mini PCs, Chromebook, & Android systems are NOT compatible)

· Operation system – Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 10

· All peripherals must be wired (Wireless Keyboard, Mouse, or Headset are NOT allowed)

· A separate 15”-19” Monitor with 1280×1024 minimum resolution (this does not include monitors associated with an All-In-One or AIO unit)

· * Anti-Virus – Symantec, McAfee, AVG, Windows Defender, Trend Micro

For Windows Systems

· RAM – Required 4 GB for Windows 7, Windows 8 & Windows 10

· Processor Speed – Dual Core 2 Ghz or better

· Free Space – 20 GB

· 2 available USB ports

Internet – Minimum Specifications:

· Internet speed – download speed 1.5 MB; upload speed 1.5MB

· ISP must be highly stable with no packet loss and latency under 100ms

· DSL or Broadband Required – WiFi, WiMax, Satellite, dial-up, and/or Hotspots are NOT allowed

· Home Router with wired link to PC

Failure to comply will result in immediate termination.

Talents and Experience

· Prior customer service experience preferred

· Sales experience a plus; all projects will involve sales

· Self-motivated and able to work independently

· Excellent verbal and listening skills

· Professional and articulate voice

· Ability to speak with an American accent

· Ability to multi-task in several computer applications at once while holding a conversation with a customer

· Enjoy working in a fast paced, and at times, hectic environment while maintaining a professional attitude

Basic Job Description for Low Income Employment

Candidates for Low Income Employment have the following characteristics;

Not have completed Secondary School/High School
Not have gained the main High School or CXC passes that most jobs require if the candidate did complete Secondary School/High School.
Passes in English and Mathematics are the only basic requirement to be considered a viable candidate for local work.
Do not own a computer/laptop or internet.
Cannot afford a computer/laptop or internet.

Potential jobs may involve construction work, painting work, tiling work, pressure washing work, etc.

Candidates will be provided with transportation allowance in order to attend interviews and training if necessary. Candidates will also receive a stipend for transportation for the first period of employment before the first paycheck. This stipend will be considered an advance loan and will be deducted by the Agency once the candidate's salary is sent to the Agency.
