Terms & Conditions for Registration

Please Read Terms & Conditions for Employment and for Recruitment Carefully

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Not all jobs will be based online. In some cases, local jobs will be sought for those candidates who do not have access to internet and a computer, and who do not meet the basic requirements for online work as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). All salaries obtained from local companies and clients will be paid to the candidate in EC Dollars via direct deposit.

PROFESSIONAL CAREER PORTFOLIO 

Candidates PAY NOTHING when they register with us looking for employment. However, once they do, the Agency will work tirelessly to place them in jobs that fit their skill set, or jobs that the Agency believes that candidates have the potential to do and excel in. These type of jobs are for those candidates who don’t meet the basic requirements that most high end clients/companies require. These are candidates who have not completed school, or who do not have any CXC/High School passes. Everyone deserves to be employed even though it may be for a very short period of time. Examples of these low income jobs are; Painting, Tiling, Gardening, Weed Cutting, Pressure Washing, Furniture and Electronic Device Repair or Building, etc.

TEMPORARY (REGULAR JOBS)

Candidates PAY NOTHING when they register with us. However, once they do, the Agency will work tirelessly to place them in jobs that fit their skill set, or qualifications. Clients/companies will also hire the Agency to fulfill their staffing needs, and when this occurs, if you fit the criteria that the clients/companies is looking for, we contact you. If no one on the Agency waiting list matches this criteria, the Agency will advertise the positions and source out candidates specifically for these positions. You will be required to complete the Simple Registration Form. You will then be placed on the Agency waiting list.

HOW MUCH DOES THIS COST YOU?

Absolutely nothing! Here’s why. The Agency will negotiate with the client or company for a salary to be paid to the candidate. The Agency invoices the client/employer, the client/employer pays the Agency, then the Agency pays the candidates. For permanent jobs, the Agency fees are 15% for regular jobs and 20% for hard-to-fill positions. For Temp jobs, the Agency collects by the hour/day and our fee is 40%. Just remember, the client/company pays the Agency, this is why we don’t charge you anything.

WHEN DOES THE AGENCY DEDUCT ITS FEES?

We will deduct our fees according to the pay structure agreed upon by the client/company and the Agency. In most cases this will be fortnightly and in some cases, monthly. The client may choose to pay you directly in some cases, in these circumstances, the client will pay the Agency its fees separately.

WHAT IF YOU WANT TO RESIGN FROM OR ARE GOING TO BE RELEASED FROM THE JOB?

If for whatever reason you decide to resign from the job where you re placed, we will attempt to mediate the issue. Mediation is a process which we undertake with the employer to try to resolve whatever the issue is. This process takes a minimum of 30 days, so we strictly advise that should a situation like this arise, you let us know immediately. If after we have attempted to mediate the issue, you prefer to leave, or your employer prefers to release you, then we will help you find another job.

ARE THE FEES REFUNDABLE?

All fees are non-refundable.

Via the Agency’s Facebook page or the Agency website. Whichever medium you decide to use, and whichever is most convenient to you, is fine with us.

WHO DO WE ASSIST?

Anyone who is willing to work hard, try new things and grow to reach their goals. Some jobs require basic computer and phone skills, some require more advanced knowledge and skills, while others require expert level skills. Depending on the type of job, our notices will state the level of knowledge and experience required. The point is, there is a job out there for everyone. The only way you’ll know what’s out there for you, is for you to register with us.
