Brief Job Summary:
The ideal candidates will be in charge of finding and placing effective job candidates within the agency client company according to the projects' and teams' requirements. They are responsible for matching job requirements with possible personnel, conducting extensive research based on the position needs, and interacting with the previous employers of prospective candidates.

Compensation:
A comfortable remuneration package is being offered with the potential to earn commission and bonuses, but this is based on qualifications, level of experience and performance during and after the probation period. Earnings are based on your experience level, qualifications, and the agreed upon contract between the Agency and the client.

Commission & Bonus:
Eligible after 3 months performance appraisal. Commission is paid on every candidate that you recruit, who is successfully hired by the agency's clients. Earn commissions from 2% to 3% on permanent placements and 10% to 15% on Temporary Placements. Bonuses are paid upon consistent job placements over periods of 3 month intervals.

How Much Commission Can You Make?:
Here's an example;
Permanent Hire salary - $50, 000 per year
Your Commission @ 2% - one time payment of $1,000.00
Your Commission @ 3% - one time payment of $1,500.00
AND
Temporary Hire salary - $20/hr
Your Commission @ 10% - $2/hr for the first month of the candidate's tenure with the agency's client
Your Commission @ 20% - $4/hr for the first month of the candidate's tenure with the agency's client

Advancement Opportunities:
Yes. Promotion Title: Independent Contracted Recruiter (working with international clients on outsourcing projects with a potential to earn US$6.02/hr to US$14/hr plus commission and bonuses for a minimum of 20 hours of work a week.

4-8 hours a day. Hours may vary depending on the needs of the agency

Duties may include some or all of the following:

Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs

Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures

Arrange for interviews and provide travel arrangements as necessary

May be involved in writing and placing advertising for open positions in publications; online and print

Conduct appropriate drug and background checks for candidates
-
Contact prospective employees using a variety of methods such as via telephone, by email, or in person. Then follow up with interviews and technical testing, as well as verify references and perform eligibility checks

Use a personal computer to keep accurate candidate information in a database and record interactions with employers and prospective employees. Generally, these employees report their progress to the recruiting agency director or supervisor

Source, screen and interview applicants, in compliance with all employer and government regulations, to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills for open positions; may utilize ATS

Contribute towards the professional growth of the agency

Requirements:
-
Must have a good speaking voice with a great command of the English language
-
A background in training and/or call center environment is often required or preferred
-
Should be skilled in Sales, Google Docs, Human Resources, the use of Windows Operating Systems, Windows NT/2000/XP Networking
-
Must be proactive and enthusiastic on the phone when you need to speak with customers and staff
-
Requires a minimum of 5 CXC's/GCSE's/High School Diploma including Mathematics and English
-
A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is preferred
-
A minimum of 2 years experience in the field or in a related area
-
Performs a variety of tasks as assigned by upper level Management
-
Must possess strong communication skills, perform well in a team environment with other recruiters, and work effectively on your own with minimal supervision

Reports to the Agency Director
