Brief Job Summary:

The Agency’s client (“your employer”) works on various home improvement, home renovation and home construction projects around the island. This is where you come in. We are on the hunt for strapping, hard working, young, and skilled laborers from down the coast to fill this current position.

Cleaning
Site Prepping for renovations
Operating and using workman's tools
Any other task as assigned by the client ("your employer")

Other Details:

You must be available for work from 7:15 am each morning (meeting time for pick up with client to take to the job site, if necessary)
You must apply for a police record
Expect to be monitored while on the job to ascertain optimum performance at all times. Future jobs will be offered if you are productive.
Hours of work: 8 am to 4:30 pm
You must print out the blank time card and have the client ("your employer") sign it at the end of each work day and you must submit it each pay period to the Agency, in order to receive your salary.
Transportation will only be provided to the work site if selected workers live in Castries or in the North. Workers have to make their way back to Castries after work.

Requirements:

Must have a clean police record
Ability to work with little or no supervision
Must have held a similar job for at least one year
Previous laborer experience is a must
Must be proactive and hard working
Must be dependable and reliable

Remuneration:

EC$55 per day
Pay may be increased for bigger jobs
You will be paid via direct deposit by the Agency

Term

Two weeks minimum

If selected, you will be required to complete and sign appropriate forms
