Banquet Servers
Job responsibilities include set up for events, carry trays, serve guests and clean up at the event's conclusion. Set up can include putting out tablecloths and place settings, arranging table placement and putting up a buffet. A banquet server's duties during the event can vary based on the situation, but, in general, they must be able to focus on the job while staying on their feet and moving about freely, which can include bending, climbing stairs and carrying items weighing 25-50 pounds. Good communication is important, as is being able to follow directions efficiently and meeting the physical demands of the job. A positive attitude while on the job is also essential.

Cooks
The following job consists of grilling, cooking, and frying food requested by restaurant/customers. Clean food preparation equipment, work areas, and counters or tables. Take orders from customers and cook foods requiring short preparation times, according to customer requirements.

Dishwashers
Job consists of washing dishes, glassware, flatware pots, or pans using a dishwasher or by hand. Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas. Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition. Stock supplies, such as food or utensils.

Servers
Job consists of kindly greeting seated guests, taking beverage, appetizer, entree, or dessert orders and ensuring that all requests are met in a timely manner. Responsible for ensuring that beverages are refilled, food orders are correct and satisfactory to the customer, as well as any other requests. Must be able to multi-task and serve multiple customers/tables at one time.

Job consists of setting dining areas, serving drinks and food to guests according to establishment rules of etiquette. Position may also require performing various duties to ensure excellent service and proper operating procedure of the institution.

Job consists of resetting tables in a fast pace environment. Responsible for clearing dirty dishes from table as guests leave restaurants/banquets. Also responsible for wiping down tables, replacing clean silverware, and keeping a clean food environment.
