Customer Service Agent

Brief Job Summary:

The Agency’s client (“your employer”) generates leads for his real estate clients for the purpose of qualifying them for viability. This is where you come in.

Duties:

Call back leads (“customers”) generated by the client (“your employer”) immediately once they come in
Fill out a web form for the client with the customers’ information
Convert a minimum of 4 successful leads per hour
Spend 5 to 15 minutes on a call
Email this information back to the client as soon as it is complete
Any other aspect assigned by the client to ensure this is done effectively
Plug each lead into a google drive Doc, with notes

Other Details:

You will be using a recorded phone line. RingCentral application
All inbound calls being returned, you will not be cold calling anyone
Expect to receive 30 to 90 calls per month (and 1 to 2 deals per month to start). More work will be given if you are productive.
Hours of work: 1pm to 5pm (America/Mexico city time zone)

Requirements:

Must have a good speaking voice with a great command of the English language
Ability to speak with an American accent would be an asset
Must have held a job for at least one year
Previous call center experience would be an asset
Previous experience in phone Customer Service would be an asset
Must be proactive and enthusiastic on the phone
System requirements; please refer to the Agency SOW

Remuneration:

US$3 per form submitted
US$120 bonus for every deal closed that you successfully convert

This is an ongoing project and your tenure on the job heavily depends on how well you convert these leads.
